Underage Policies

Policies for a Smooth, Relaxing Experience for All

At The Spa Lounge™, our goal is to provide every guest with a relaxing, professional, and safe spa experience. While we love seeing our guests share the spa experience with their children, we must also ensure a calm atmosphere for all clients and maintain compliance with safety and licensing regulations.

Spa Access for Minors

Please note:
 🚫 Children under 18 are not permitted in the spa unless they are scheduled to receive a service.
 🚫 We do not offer childcare or allow minors to wait in the lobby or lounge areas during a parent’s service.

We understand this may be an inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we maintain a calm environment for all guests.

Age Guidelines for Spa Services

We happily welcome underage clients with the following age and supervision requirements:

Pedicure & Manicure Services

  • Available to children ages 5 and up
  • A parent or guardian must remain on-site during the service

Massage Services

  • Available to clients ages 16 and up
  • Parent/guardian consent form is required
  • Parent must remain in the treatment room for the duration of the massage

Esthetic Services (Facials, Skincare, etc.)

  • Available to clients ages 12 and up
  • Parent/guardian consent form is required
  • Parent must remain in the treatment room throughout the service

Robe Policy for Underage Guests

Underage clients will not be asked to change into a robe for treatments. All services are conducted with comfort, privacy, and professionalism in mind.
