Spa Policies
All Treatments
As standard practice we ask all clients to arrive 15 - 20 minutes early so we can get you back as soon as possible.
Treatment Times
All our treatments include time to get onto the table with a consultation (5 min.) and time to get off the table and changed after your treatment (5 min.). A 60-minute massage treatment is 50 minutes hands on, in line with industry standards.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
All services will be scheduled with a credit card to hold the appointment.
Same day cancellations and reschedules are charged 50% of the original service amount.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged the full service rate of their scheduled service. We care so much about you showing up that we can call you, send you an email reminder, text you or all three to make sure you don't miss your pampering time.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Returns
All gift certificate sales are final.
Gift cards and certificates that are lost or stolen cannot be replace and
The Spa Lounge shall not be liable for lost or stolen gift cards.
All Series Sales are final.
All products can be returned up to 30 days after purchase for a full refund IF the product has not been opened or used. If the product has been opened, they can still return it for up to 30 days but for a 50% restocking fee.
