Same Day Cancellations
We are a very busy appointment only spa. In order to facility all customers and maintain an overall healthy business operation we do require cancellation the day before an appointment to avoid any fees. We know that there are various reasons for cancellation but we cannot determine if a reason is valid or not so to be fair to all employees and customers we do charge a 50% same day cancellation fee on all services booked.

No Show Appointments
No Shows are charged the full price of the services booked.

Whether you book online or by phone, the new client special is applied to your service after your treatment at checkout. There is no option online to input a code and you are not charged when you book online. You are not charged until after your treatment. Simply ask for the new client special to be applied to your service when you go to pay after your treatment. 

No, our packages, membership, and series are already discounted from the regular price, so we cannot apply the new client special on top of these already discounted products. The new client special is only valid for one regularly priced service over $65.00. If you have multiple services, you will only be able to apply it to one service.

Absolutely! These individuals work extremely hard to deliver the best services possible to you. This profession is highly demanding on one’s body, and a tip goes a long way to showing them how appreciative you are of their hard work. It is customary to tip at least 20% but feel free to tip what you think is fair. Our therapists and technicians appreciate your kindness and thoughtfulness. 

Every one of our facials is safe for pregnant women with the exception of the following: Chemical Peels

Yes, please arrive 15-20 minutes early to provide adequate time to complete paperwork and to get changed into a robe and slippers so you can make the most of your time with us. 

Yes, our gift cards can be used at any location regardless of the location they were originally purchased at.

Yes, under our Gift Cards Page, you can purchase an electronic Gift Certificate, and this can be emailed to someone of your choice, and you can even designate the time you want it sent.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer any additional discounts for larger groups. 

Yes, our locations can handle larger groups. Please see our group booking form under our Services section to help with these large requests

No, our robes and slippers are optional, and you can always just go directly to your treatment room and remove your clothing there. Please inform our front desk staff upon arrival, and they will be happy to escort you to our lounge area, where you will be greeted by your technician. 

If you have booked a 1-hour treatment, we provide 50 minutes of hands-on time. This allows us 5 minutes for a consultation and 5 minutes for you to clear our table and prepare the room for the next client. This 10-minute prep time applies to all of our services. 

If you have shellac, nail polish, dip, Gel-X on your nails that are required to be removed, please inform our front desk staff when you book so we can allocate time for that to be removed. Failure to disclose can cut into your overall service time, as it does take additional time to remove.

We do not remove or apply Acrylic Nails in any of our locations. Sorry for the inconvenience. 

It should be about the length of a grain of rice as a general rule. If it is longer than this, please trim it before your wax appointment. 

A chemical peel is a professional exfoliation treatment that removes the top layers of skin to reveal fresher, smoother skin beneath. Peels stimulate cellular turnover, brighten tone, and refine texture.
 
Beyond basic exfoliation, chemical peels help improve:
 
  • Fine lines & wrinkles (especially around the mouth and eyes)
  • Mild to moderate acne
  • Sunspots, freckles, and pigmentation
  • Rough texture and large pores
  • Scars and uneven skin tone

Yes, the child must be at least 16 years of age, and if they get services outside of pedicures or manicures, a parent must be present in the room during the treatments.

Unfortunately, The Spa Lounge can no longer look up gift card numbers and provide those at checkout. In order to redeem gift cards, the card must be either with you physically or presented in an electronic form so visual verification can be performed by our staff. Thank you
