Policies for a Smooth, Relaxing Experience for All

At The Spa Lounge, we’re committed to creating a calm, respectful environment for every guest. Our policies are in place to ensure the best experience for you and our team. Please review the following before your next visit.

Arrival & Treatment Times

We kindly request that all guests arrive 15–20 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. This allows time to check in, relax, and ensure your therapist can begin promptly. Please note:
  • A 60-minute treatment includes 50 minutes of hands-on time, with 5 minutes before for consultation and 5 minutes afterward for dressing.
  • This structure aligns with standard spa industry practices.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens! However, short-notice cancellations make it difficult for us to fill your reserved spot.
  • A credit card is required to hold all appointments.
  • Same-day cancellations or reschedules will incur a 50% charge of the original service cost.
Please call us in advance if you need to change your plans—we appreciate your consideration.

No-Show Policy

If you miss your appointment without notice, you’ll be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

We offer helpful reminders by phone, email, or text—just let us know your preferred method of contact so we can help you make the most of your spa time.

Late Arrivals

Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment to honor our commitment to guests scheduled after you.

  • Your therapist will do their best to accommodate you within the remaining time.
  • Regardless of the time remaining, the full session rate will still apply.

To ensure a relaxed and timely experience, please plan ahead and arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment time.

Gift Cards, Series, & Returns

  • All gift certificates and series sales are final.
  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced and are not the responsibility of The Spa Lounge.
  • Product returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if:
    • Unopened products = Full refund
    • Opened/used products = 50% refund with restocking fee
