Cancellation Policy
Same Day Cancellations
We are a very busy appointment only spa. In order to facility all customers and maintain an overall healthy business operation we do require cancellation the day before an appointment to avoid any fees. We know that there are various reasons for cancellation but we cannot determine if a reason is valid or not so to be fair to all employees and customers we do charge a 50% same day cancellation fee on all services booked.
No Show Appointments
No Shows are charged the full price of the services booked.
New Client Special
Wondering how the New Client Special is applied to your service? Whether you book online or by calling in, the new client special is applied to your service AFTER your treatment at checkout. There is not option online to input a code and you are not charged when you book online. You are not charged until after your treatment. Just simply ask for the new client special to be applied to your service when you go to pay after your treatment.
Does the New Client Special Apply to Packages, discounted series or the membership?
No, our packages, membership and series are already discounted from the regular price so we cannot apply the new client special on top of this already discounted products. The new client special is only good for 1 regularly priced service over $65.00. If you have multiple services you will only be able to apply it to one service.
Is it customary to tip your technician?
Absolutely! These individuals work extremely hard to deliver you the best services possible. This profession is extremely demanding on ones body and a tip goes a long way to showing them how appreciative you are of their hard work. It is customary to tip at least 20% but feel free to tip what you think is fair. Our therapists and technicians thank you for your kindness and thoughtfulness.
What Facials are safe for pregnant women?
Every one of our facials is safe for pregnant women with the exception of the following:
- Power Regeneration Facial
- Chemical Peels
Should I arrive early for my appointment?
yes, Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to provide adequate time to complete paperwork and to get changed into a robe and slipper so you can make the most of you time with us.
Do I have to change into a robe and Slippers?
No, our robes and slippers are optional and you can always just go directly to your treatment room and remove your clothing there. Just inform our front desk staff when you arrive and they will be happy to show you to our lounge area to be picked up by your technician.
What is the length of my treatment?
If you have booked a 1 hour treatment we provide 50 minutes of hands on time. This allows us 5 minutes for a consultation and 5 minutes for you to have time to get off of our table and have the room prepared for the next client. This 10 minutes of prep time does apply to all of our services.
What if I have stuff on my nails prior to coming in for a new nail service?
If you have shellac, nail polish, dip, Gel-X on your nails that is required to be remove, please inform our front desk staff when you book so we can allocate time for that to be removed. Failure to disclose that can cut into your overall service time as it does take additional time to remove
How long does my hair need to be to be effectively waxed?
It should be about the length of a grain of rice as a general rule.
Can I add one of my kids on to my membership?
Yes, The child must be at least 16 years of age and if they get services outside of pedicure or manicures a parent must be present in the room during the treatments.
