Children and Underage Policy

Individuals 18 or younger are not allowed in the spa unless they are receiving a service. We do not offer day care services for children and are not allowed to have them wait in our lobbies or lounges while a parent receives treatments. We are sorry for any inconvenience this might create. 

We do allow children and individuals under the age of 18 to receive service at the spa with the following guidelines. 

• Pedicures and Manicures are allowed for anyone 5 and over.
• Massages are only allowed to be booked for clients 16+ with the following additional requirements:
  • Parents must provide a signed consent form for treatments
  • Parent are required to be in treatment rooms during the entire service. 
• ​Esthetic services are allowed to be booked for clients 12+ with the following additional requirements:
  • Parents must provide a signed consent form for treatments
  • Parents are required to be in treatment rooms during the entire service
  • Underage guests are not allowed to change into a robe for their treatments
